New features added to Customer Acquisition Dashboard

ActiveXchange recently released the Customer Acquisition Dashboard in its Operator platform. As part of their ongoing platform and dashboard enhancements, ActiveXchange is pleased to announce new interactive features have been added to this dashboard, which will further enable leisure, fitness and aquatic facility operators to drive revenue generation, reduce expenditure operationally, optimise programming of product offerings and identify gaps and gains in local markets.

The Customer Acquisition new features are:

  • Addressable & Unmet Demand
  • Location of Unmet Demand

All features are interactive and can be broken down by site, customer segment profile, gender, age bracket, geographical classification, recency of customer data, deprivation index and catchment percentile.

Addressable & Unmet Demand

This feature provides users with an in-depth understanding of the demand within their catchment area for each site(s), and the demographic composition of this demand in the local community. Through the insights gathered, the enhancement then evaluates the demand within the sector and local area, which enables users to distinguish the serviceable and “Unmet Demand” and hone in on their target market.

Through this latest addition to the Customer Acquisition dashboard, users can better identify their “Addressable” and “Unmet Demand” to develop and strengthen their marketing and communication strategies based on member, population and segment analysis.

Location of Unmet Demand

This feature analyses the “Unmet Demand” within the local community, and provides further insights into the segment profile of the Unmet Demand including household income, location (by suburb), travel time to the nearest site, and deprivation level.
